WEddings and other events

* Traveling fees may apply if event location is more than one hour away and/or requires an overnight stay- this also includes parking fees.

* All packages require a $250 deposit 3-12 months in advance to secure date. If date is less than 3 months
out, then half of total package will be due in lieu of deposit.

* Remaining amount of package is due one month before the actual wedding date.

* Links for Image Gallery will expire one year after given. There is a $50 retrieval fee.

* Monthly payment plans available with full deposit.

* Major changes such as, change of venue, or other significant changes in timeline need to be communicated with JSP Photography at least 2 weeks in advance.

* Intermittent breaks for 1st and 2nd shooters allotted within given time frame. These will be taken at time coinciding with times in timeline when constant photography isn’t necessary. Meals for 1st and 2nd shooter included in for any event over 5 hours.

*Inability to Perform:
In the event of an act of God, fire, casualty, strike or other civil disturbance, terrorism, or other causes beyond the control of the parties, or due to photographer’s illness, then JSP will refund any monies paid by clients, minus deposit and any other expenses paid, but will have no further liability with respect to the agreement. This limitation of liability also applies to any photographic materials lost through camera or memory card malfunction. JSP will not be held responsible for photographs not taken due to weather conditions, schedule complications by anyone involved in the event, by church or venue restrictions, other photographers not subcontracted by JSP, flashes from other’s cameras, tardiness of bride, groom or anyone else in wedding party or other individuals involved in other events.

While JSP will do their best to capture every special moment during a wedding or other event, there are some circumstances that may prevent us from being able to do this. This includes but it not limited to:

• Event not running on schedule

• People missing or arriving too late for group or other photos

• Guests or others stepping in front camera or blocking with other part of body or cell phone/Ipad/etc. while photographer(s) are taking pictures

• Moments when the image shutter would be too disruptive and potentially ruin a very precious moment (this is up to the photographer’s discretion

  Liability:

• JSP cannot be held responsible for lost images, images that are deleted due to poor or unacceptable quality. This decision is solely up to the head photographer.

  Copyright:
  Title of & copyright to all products to all products shall remain with JSP until the client has paid in full. All photos are copyrighted. Digital images created by JSP remain the property of JSP. JSP has permission to all images & usage of them including but not limited to website, blog, facebook, or any other internet uses JSP deems fitting or necessary for advertisement purposes or promotional products such as but not limited to, business cards, portfolio’s, magazines, exhibitions, contests, etc. It is illegal to copy, scan, reproduce or post online for commercial or sales use forums without the written permission of JSP. Copyright is only for private party use.
